Mind Temperature (the "Service") values the privacy of its users and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Service collects, for what purposes it is used, and how it is stored and protected.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The Service can be used based on an anonymous identifier without a sign-up process. Depending on how the Service is used, we collect the following information.

a. Information collected automatically upon installation and use

• FCM Token (for sending push notifications)
• AppsFlyer ID (for marketing performance analysis)
• Device ID (for device identification and fraud prevention)
• Advertising ID (ADID / IDFA, for marketing purposes)
• OS and app version, device information
• Language and country settings (for multilingual responses and currency display)

b. When linking an account via social login

• Email address
• Type of social login provider and the user identifier issued by that provider

If a user chooses to hide their email when signing in with Apple, the Service collects the anonymous relay address provided by Apple instead of the actual email address.

c. When using the counseling feature

• Conversation files uploaded by the user (text, images)
• Questions entered by the user and counseling-related information entered directly by the user (such as the other party's name and relationship)
• Answers generated by the AI and counseling history

d. When purchasing Jelly

• Purchased product, purchase date and time, payment currency and amount, store transaction identifier, refund status
