Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the developer and the user regarding the use of the mobile application 'Focus Fairy' (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Provision of Service)

1. The "Service" provides functionalities that help improve users' digital wellbeing and focus by allowing them to voluntarily restrict access to distracting smartphone applications for a specific duration.
2. The developer may proceed with updates such as adding features, making changes, or fixing errors to ensure the smooth provision of the Service.

Article 3 (User Obligations and Responsibilities)

1. Users voluntarily set the apps to be blocked and the duration of the block based on their own needs and judgment.
2. The user bears full responsibility for any consequences, such as missed communications or delayed work, resulting from the restriction of specific apps during the set time. It is highly recommended to exclude essential apps or emergency contacts from the block list.
3. Users shall not use the "Service" for purposes that violate relevant laws or infringe upon the rights of others.

Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The developer is not liable for any interruption of service or failure of the app-blocking feature due to reasons beyond the developer's control, including but not limited to natural disasters, device defects, or compatibility issues caused by OS updates.
2. The developer does not guarantee subjective effects, such as improved concentration, that the user may expect from using the "Service."

Article 5 (Termination of Service) Users may terminate the use agreement at any time by deleting the "Service" application from their device.

Article 6 (Paid Subscription Service)

1. In addition to the free basic features, the "Service" offers a paid subscription product ("Focus Fairy Pro", hereinafter referred to as the "Subscription Product") that provides additional features.
2. The Subscription Product is available as a Monthly subscription and a Yearly subscription. The price and benefits of each subscription can be found on the subscription screen within the app.
3. Subscription payments are processed through the user's Apple App Store or Google Play Store account, and the account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
5. The renewal fee will be charged to the account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the current subscription price.
6. Users may manage their subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to their device's Account Settings after purchase.
7. If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when the user purchases a Subscription Product.

Article 7 (Amendment of Terms) The developer may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Any amended Terms will be notified to users through in-app announcements or other appropriate methods.
